Placing an Order

Placing an order
How to order through this website:
  1. Select the product you require by clicking on the product image. Items can be viewed via each category
  2. Fill in the quantity you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to Bag' button. Your Shopping Bag details will automatically be updated.
  3. You may then click 'View Cart' to finalise your order or 'Keep Shopping' to continue purchasing other items.
  4. To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the '-' icon in 'My Shopping Cart' screen.
  5. At any stage, you can click 'View Cart or 'Checkout' within the Shopping Cart Summary box (right corner) to finalise your order.
  6. To finalise your order, click on "Checkout".
  7. Please note the below steps prior to proceeding to checkout:
    • If you are a Returning Customer to Shop Pink, please enter your email address and password and click the 'Log in' Button.
    • If you are a New Customer and would like to create an account for Shop Pink, please click the 'Register' button. This offers a faster checkout process for future orders with us.
    • To finalise your order as a Guest, please enter your email address and click the 'Proceed' button.
  8. Within Checkout, your contact and shipping details may already be completed. You can override these details such as Delivery Name and Delivery Phone Number if required. Please click to "Next" to finalise your payment. Your total amount payable is outlined at the bottom of the order form (freight is automatically included).
  9. Once everything is confirmed, please click the 'Proceed' button
Notes:
  • If you are hosting a Community Fundraising Event on behalf of the Foundation, please log in via the Registered Events log in button within the website footer. Please then follow the ordering process as outlined above.
  • Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received and authorised.
  • Some items within your order may be on backorder or in transit from our suppliers. We will dispatch these items to you as soon as possible.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard, Direct Deposit.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed in Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure. If you are paying by credit card, once your details are entered, your payment will be processed online. When you click "Submit Order", we send the transaction to the bank. Delivery Information

Products available from this website are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia for standard merchandise items.

Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. We suggest delivery direct to your office. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, depending on the size of the order being delivered to you.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to dispatch.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and include your order number reference.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to insufficient delivery information provided within your order or failed attempted deliveries. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed by you).

International Delivery:

Orders 1KG or less: $19.90 Orders 1.01KG or more will be charged a base rate of $19.90 with an additional $4.00 per half kilo.

We require a physical delivery address to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of your order. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery destination. This is due to the size of packaging as well as the need for a signature on delivery.

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel. Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. Please ensure you or someone else is home to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, please enter a business address for daytime delivery. If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order – please choose your items carefully.

To return an item, please contact us so we can provide you with the relevant documentation and a Return Authority number for these items.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of order date with any clothing items unworn and unwashed and in re-sellable condition. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. We will credit your delivery fee if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.

We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How soon will my order be shipped?

A range of items available are in stock and ready for dispatch within 24-48 hours. In the event that we experience any delivery delays outside of our specified delivery timeframes, we will notify you of this and dispatch part shipment of your order where possible.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse(s) by either Australia Post or Star Track Express, depending on the size of your order. Please note that if you have ordered any personalised items within your order, items will arrive to you in separate packages.

My payment has not been processed. How can I complete my order?

In some cases, payment may not be received after you have entered your details. An example may be an expiry date incorrectly supplied or insufficient funds.
